Creadiv TV: Episode 4 Perception

Written by: Adam | On: December 11th, 2009

Creadiv TV: Episode 4 Perception from Adam Mlynarcik on Vimeo.

Everything in the world has a perceived value attached to it. Whether it is your reputation, the company you work for, the car you drive, it is being judge by people.

This means your perception is worth a great deal if you are in business.

In this video I discuss how a company’s attempt to make a sale at any cost has change my perceived value of them and how they have lost any chance of having my business ever.

As for my perceived value I want to show [...]

Creadiv TV: Episode 3 Thank You Salesforce.com

Written by: Adam | On: December 9th, 2009

Creadiv TV: Episode 3 Thank You To Salesforce.com from Adam Mlynarcik on Vimeo.

A quick video from my brand new Flip UltraHD camera. The wonderful folks from http://www.salesforce.com sent 2 flips to my office.

I don’t know how they found us over at cdsindiana.com, but I am forever grateful as I have wanted a flip since the moment they came out.

The Flip itself is labeled salesforce.com, but the packing shows it came from Bob Rourke at Printing By Design. So big thanks to him as well.

Adam

So be sure to take the time to go to their [...]

On The Health & Interest Fair

Written by: Adam | On: November 3rd, 2009

Hey Creadivs,

Commerce -> That-a-way

With my networking buzz still going strong I attended the 5th Annual Health & Interest Fair at the Towne Center in Merrillville last week, and it was quite a fun time. I never really realized how much I enjoyed just getting out of the office and meeting new people. In the name of commerce and company visibility that is.

With the goal of handing out some cards and expanding my network I walked into my first ever health fair/ expo thingy. It was a lot of fun. I got to meet some [...]

On Social Networking

Written by: Adam | On: October 28th, 2009

Hey Creadivs,

I have recently become quite the busy body on the social networking scene. Building Facebook fan pages, Linkedin connections, and gaining Twitter followers has been my MO for the last couple of weeks.

Why? To gain visibility in local, national, and international markets.

My primary focus is gaining visibility, meeting people, and making contacts within NWI. So I have been searching local #hashtags on Twitter, and connecting with current and former employees on Facebook. Two technologies that are ridiculously popular at the moment. But it occurred to me that no matter how many connections I [...]

Custom Data Services, Inc. Website Design

Written by: Adam | On: October 14th, 2009

Hey Creadivs,

I finally finished designing & developing the website for Custom Data Services, Inc.  (work work) and I am relieved to say that I wasn’t terribly behind schedule.  I guess being behind schedule at all is bad, but I finished the project about a week after I expected it to be done.  I would love it if you would visit the site, which you can do by clicking on the image above, or the following strategically placed keywords below and letting me know what you think about the design and functionality of the site in the comments sections.

Classic Spammy [...]

Developing the Project CDSWEB Target Audience

Written by: Adam | On: August 25th, 2009

Hello Everybody,

When I originally created the proposal for project CDSWEB I had a tentative schedule and target audience determined which allowed me to identify the key requirements for the site. Since then I have created a focused design which has changed not only the primary purpose of the site, but the project schedule as well.

The original purpose I had for proposing project CDSWEB was to update the company website in order to create online marketing campaigns that would ultimately result in obtaining new clients. The reason I wanted new clients is pretty simple.

More Clients = More Money [...]

Beginning Project CDSWEB

Written by: Adam | On: August 24th, 2009

Hey everyone,

I am looking for your opinions and expertise on a new project I am developing for work.  Custom Data Services, Inc. work, not the usual side work that I have talked about in the past. The project is going to be pretty large for a 1 man team, but I think I can handle if I take my time and do it right.  Which is why I have spaced it out over a 2 year period.  Below I have copied my project proposal.

My first objective is to get your opinions on the proposal [...]
