Shake (smoothie) it Up!

Make Jamba Juice jealous with the great smoothies that the Abs Diet provides you.

Smoothies are my favorite part of the Abs Diet, and from reading the forums it seems that it is many people’s favorite part as well. Who doesn’t like a good smoothie. Smoothies make excellent snacks as they are not overly filling, they are extremely good for you, and well they just taste good.

You can mix and match recipes, you can create your own recipes, simply put you get to experiment to find what you like best while being healthy and enjoying it. Last night I made a smoothie that consisted of high fiber cereal, low fat vanilla yogurt, skim milk, raspberries, orange juice from concentrate, and vanilla whey powder. A concoction from my own head that tasted fantastic and contained 4 power foods which all help in their own way to lose you weight.

Take some time to find your favorite smoothie and post it here so I can try it.
