A Little Friendly Competition
On your mark, get set, go!
Today starts a little friendly RSS competition with me, Danny Cooper of LinkersBlog and Arunabh Singh of The Geek Lawyer. We all felt like we needed to test our geekyness and see who could trump the others by getting the most subscribers in a 45 day period.
Here is the premise. We each work as hard as we can for 45 days to get as many subscribers as possible using any tactics that we can think of. All is fair in blogging and war right? Well at the end of the 45 days whomever had the biggest increase is the winner and the other two competitors have to review the winners site and explain why the winner is such a better blogger than they are.
It should be fun and should result in a lot of great posts and some great giveaways. So keep your eyes and ears open if you want to win some cool stuff.
In order to kick this off right lets subscribe to the site if you haven’t already done so.
Now that we got that out of the way let’s prepare ourselves for some fun by letting you tell me how to win this thing.

Good luck man, I think Danny will be strong competition. He is after all a commenting machine!! That’s got to give him a fair bit of traffic and some potential subscribers. Although I think the winner will be who ever starts a competition where to enter you have to subscribe.

Danny has a strong advantage as he already dwarfs us in subscribers, and is very efficient at what he does. But when it come to gains there are no real losers.

It is interesting to see competitions of this type be created, but one wonders if the results for each person in the competition wouldn’t have come out the same if there wasn’t a competition in the first place.
